Patient Education Sheets Now Available
The Academy of Neonatal Nursing recently partnered with MedImmune to offer a new patient education program. The purpose of the program is to help healthcare providers and advocates meet their goals of supporting premature infants and educating their families. Patient Information Sheets with topics that include RSV, Special Needs of Late-Preterm Infants, and Keeping Baby Healthy after Discharge are offered in the program and can be ordered in packages of 25. Log-in, or create, your online Academy account and click on "Member Tools" to order materials and view the program.



National Meeting Sessions Available Online.
Earn CE Credit for the Sessions You Missed!
Educational sessions from the Academy's 2009 and 2008 National Meeting are now available online for continuing education credit. All meeting registrants have FREE access for a limited time. If you could not attend, you can still purchase access to individual sessions or the entire conference. The online library features live recordings of educational sessions, accompanying presentation material, and the opportunity to earn continuing nursing education credits. In addition to our current conferences there are over 250 other sessions available from previous meetings. Visit

Call for Experts
The Academy is creating a bank of neonatal experts and we invite you to submit your name. Volunteers in the expert bank will be called upon to review material or participate in initiatives within the Academy and in collaboration with other health care organizations. Volunteers will be selected according to their identified areas of interest. This is a great opportunity for busy nurses to get involved in the activities of the association.
