20th National Mother Baby Nurses Conference

With trains arriving every 4-8 minutes at all seven stations, you can ride knowing you are using the fastest, cleanest, and most efficient transportation available. Call for Abstracts
We invite you to share your knowledge and expertise with your nursing colleagues. Please consider submitting an abstract for a poster or podium presentation to present at this outstanding conference. Posters and podium presentations offer the perfect avenue to network, exchange ideas, and improve the quality of nursing education for neonatal and mother baby nurses. Be recognized for your work by being chosen to present your abstract at this national conference! Abstract Deadline: June 15th, 2017.

Student Rate: Member $260. Students must provide proof of full-time student status, nursing programs only.
Retiree Rate: Member $375. Retirees must be at least 65 years of age. 

Group Discount
Any facility/unit registering four or more nurses together for the main conference, receives a 25% discount for each registrant. All registrations must be submitted together, no exceptions.

Session Handouts
In an effort to keep registration fees down, session handouts will not be printed in the program guide. Handouts will be available for download to registered attendees beginning approximately two weeks prior to the conference. Internet access is not available in conference rooms. After the conference, handouts, audio recordings, and PowerPoint presentations will be available for recorded sessions and you will have access for one year postconference.

The login instructions for accessing the handouts will be emailed to registered attendees when handouts become available. You are strongly encouraged to bring with you the handouts for the sessions you plan to attend, or download them on to a mobile device for review during or after the conference. There will be room for note-taking in the program guide. Power strips, printers, and paper copies of handouts will not be available on site.

Please note that attendance at the ANN conference constitutes an agreement by the participant to ANN’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the participant’s image. These images are for ANN’s use only and may appear on ANN’s website, in printed brochures, or other promotional materials. Attendee registration constitutes consent for ANN’s use of these images.

Can't Attend This Conference?
Discover the convenience of viewing the conference from your home or office. You can purchase on-line access to recorded conference sessions. After the live conference, purchase the entire conference or single sessions. On your own schedule, access audio recordings synced with PowerPoint slides for all recorded sessions and earn CNE contact hours.

Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy
-To receive a refund, cancellation of your conference registration must be received in writing at the conference  management firm, A.J. Jannetti, on or before August 21, 2017.
-A $50 administrative fee is applied to all registration refunds.
-Send refund requests to: A.J. Jannetti, East Holly Avenue/Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071 or email: neonatalreg@ajj.com.
-Refunds will be processed within two weeks after the conference.
-If it becomes necessary to cancel the National Mother Baby Nurses Conference for any reason, including labor strikes or force majeure, liability shall be limited to a full refund of registration fees.
-Notification of a cancelled conference will be emailed at least 15 days prior to the first day of the conference, if possible.

ANN Guarantees All Conferences
If at the end of this conference you feel you didn't learn something new or useful, we'll refund your registration in full.
