Why can’t I log in? Both members and non-members must create an online account in order to access the online offerings. Members will need to enter their 7-digit membership number and the other personal information required in order to access free contact hours and membership profile. Your Academy membership number can be found on your membership card and is different than your Neonatal Network subscriber number which is located on your journal address label. Why is my free CE balance incorrect? My email address has changed how do I log in?
- Log in with your old email address and update your member profile with your new email address.
I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
- Click on the forgot password link located on the log-in screen. Your password will be emailed to the address that is in your member profile.
Why can’t I access my certificates?
- Evaluation was not completed.
- You created two separate online accounts with two different email addresses.
- You did not pass the exam.
- You submitted a paper test and those certificates are not available online.
I have two nursing license numbers and there is only 1 field for that information. How can I enter them both?
- Update your profile by entering both license numbers in one field as follows: 12345 TX/123456 IL
