You may earn up to 56.75 (49.75 for main conference) contact hours of nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) credit for this conference based on a 60-minute hour. Contact hours are earned for conference sessions, poster reviews, and evaluations.

Provider, Academy of Neonatal Nursing, approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider CEP6261.

Nurses that are NCC-certified will find coding provided by NCC for NNP, NIC, ONQS, NNIC, ELBW, LRN, MNN, and INPT OB core competency areas.

Hyatt Regency Crystal City has been designated as the headquarters hotel for the National Neonatal Nurses Conference. A block of rooms has been reserved at the special rate of $209.00 for Single/Double occupancy, $219.00 for Triple occupancy, $229.00 for Quad occupancy. Rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. The special rate is available until Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Basic WIFI is included in the special rate.

Parking:  $15.00 discount for Valet parking for attendees. The current valet parking is $45.00. Parking fees subject to change.

Complimentary Shuttle Service from (DCA) airport to hotel.

Our shuttle service will provide you estimated times to and from the airport. When opening the link be sure to use HOTEL CODE: 2799 Terminal 1 pickup location is outside the main doors. We depart from the hotel front drive every 20 minutes from 4:20 a.m. to 12:40 a.m., seven days a week. **Special Schedule** The hotel will be offering limited shuttle service during this time. All shuttle services will be conducted to/from the Ronald Reagan National Airport for both Metro transit and Airport transportation. The shuttle will depart from the hotel every 20 minutes beginning at 4:20 a.m. until 12:40 a.m. daily.

Weather
Typical temperatures in Arlington in September may average 80 degrees during the day and a low of 59 degrees in the evenings. Be sure to pack a sweater, light jacket, or wear layers in the air-conditioned rooms. We also suggest that you bring comfortable walking shoes for your conference activities.
